Snowdonia Property Fund

The aim of the Fund is to provide income and capital growth from a portfolio, which will mainly consist of European investments. The Fund will invest in a portfolio of securities, which are typically shares in property companies, and collective investment schemes whose investments consist of shares in property companies.

This investment should be considered as a long-term investment. The yield (income) from the Fund is anticipated as a gross figure of approximately 4.5% per annum.

The Fund will be subject to volatility, dependant upon the performance of property markets. It will also be permitted to hold up to 20% of its portfolio outside Europe. Property Funds and REITs are permitted to borrow money with a view to achieving better returns. The Fund should be considered a medium risk.

The Fund is managed by Alex Ross. Alex joined Premier in June 2005. He worked at Aberdeen Asset Management for the previous 7 years where he managed the very successful Aberdeen Property Share Unit Trust.
