Measure of Performance

In order that performance may be measured, benchmarks have been established as follows:

Snowdonia Income 50% FTSE All Share and 50% FTSE All Stocks
Snowdonia Balanced 60% FTSE All Share, 20% MSCI World Index ex- UK and 20% FTSE All Stocks
Snowdonia Growth 50% FTSE All Share and 50% FTSE World ex-UK
Snowdonia Property 100% FTSE EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association)

While the fund managers are measured against the above benchmarks, this in itself obviously cannot guarantee performance. It does, though, provide an objective and quantifiable standard.
